RENT OUR PARTY COACH
Mobile Horse Trailor Bartending
Turning a horse trailer into a mobile bar at first sounds crazy, but there are a lot of reasons this is actually a great idea. Horses are tall, so a horse trailer is a perfect height to allow adults inside without bumping their head. There’s just enough room to prepare food and/or drinks, serve guests, and allow a few people at a time to go inside and check out the cool interior. Also, since the party coach is small and mobile, it travels easily to virtually any event.
Maybe you just started a new business and want to advertise your creativity and innovation at the grand opening or ribbon-cutting ceremony. What better way to achieve that than by using a converted horse trailer to serve refreshments? It would definitely impress anyone attending and likely even lead to some new clients and referrals.
Planning an outdoor wedding or any of the earlier events (engagement party, shower, bachelor, or bachelorette party) and looking for a fun, original way to serve some of Russian Doll’s amazing food? Our party coach will help make it unforgettable! Or maybe you’re planning a benefit or fundraiser. Our party coach would be an amazing way to generate interest and attract guests, helping you raise more for the causes you care about. (In fact, I’m hoping to use it for this specific purpose to raise money for schools, hospitals, religious organizations, kids’ charities, etc.) The possibilities are endless.
With mobile and customizable food options (food trucks, custom carts, food stations, and mobile concession trailers) gaining popularity nationwide, I wanted to expand Russian Doll’s offerings in this area. I’d also heard about some of the awesome food and drink business ventures that made great use of horse trailer renovations, turning them into mobile horse trailer bars, dessert stands, specialty food stalls, and all kinds of other cool businesses on wheels. Many of these were used specifically for special events like weddings, barbecues, outdoor farmers markets, etc. Naturally, I thought this idea was something I could adapt for my own catering business, Russian Doll.
Mobile Horse Trailer Bar
So I bought a horse trailer and had lots of fun sprucing it up and converting it into a mobile horse trailer bar. (Generally, this requires stripping out most of the interior metal, sandblasting, cleaning away any rust or evidence of horses having been inside. It was hard work and a challenge, but totally worth it. Our new mobile horse trailer bar has tons of awesome features: 3×5 inside tabletop, outdoor patio, Electric Inlet, Outlets and Lamp, interior shelving, two cup markers and drink holders, four container compartments, and an ice scoop. If you want, you can use it as a photo booth as well.
Another goal of mine in making a mobile horse trailer bar is to use it for charity events to help schools, hospitals, religious organizations, etc. I want to start using more of my time to give back to the community and help organizations that I care about thrive. If you or someone you know operates one of these organizations or helps with fundraising and would like our mobile horse trailer bar to help make your next event even better, please reach out to Russian Doll Catering. We can’t wait to help!
If you’re planning food and drinks for an event and don’t want to choose between the fun and novelty of a mobile horse trailer and the quality, variety of options, and service you know you can trust from Russian Doll Catering, I want you to know that now… WE WANT TO BE THERE!
